I'm receiving an error 34 in my summary along with error 1 "Working Directory Not Found".

Problem Description
When running a BackupEDGE backup from edgemenu, got the error - edge: working directory does not exist
When running from the schedule the message states:

Backup Type [Status] = Master [FAILED - Status Is 34]

We've rarely seen this behavior, when we do it is usually on a Linux server where the system node name along with the domain exceeds 26 characters.
Check your system name by typing: uname -n and check the length. If it exceeds 26 characters, edit the file /usr/lib/edge/config/edge.fqhn. Shorten it by eliminating the "" portion of the node name.

Save the change and then try running a backup.
