Problem Description

I've been getting write or read errors on my 35 or 70 GB REV drive.
|
|
Cause
|
|
Although a write/read error is commonly caused by bad media, it can also be a
result of outdated firmware on the drive.
|
|
Solution
|
|
It is recommended your REV drive firmware be up to date. The current revision for the 35 GB drive is 23.B and the revision for the 70 GB drive is P094.
