Problem Description
|
|
While booted to the RecoverEDGE media made with
BackupEDGE 02.01.01 on my SCO OpenServer 5.0.5 (or earlier) machine, the restore fails with "The AF associated with this FSP cannot be accessed!".

|
Cause
|
|
There is a link missing between edge.tape and edge.resmgr in the recovery media.
|
|
Solution
|
|
While booted to the recovery media, exit to the shell and type:
cd /usr/lib/edge/bin
ln -s edge.tape edge.resmgr
exit
Then attempt the restore again.
