Problem Description

I have multiple host adapters of different brands, RecoverEDGE doesn't identify them correctly on the drive reports. Will boot recovery still work?

Cause

This problem has been brought to the attention of our software developers and will be corrected in later releases of BackupEDGE.

Solution

This problem should have no effect on your ability to perform a boot recovery. The errors are cosmetic in nature, and the correct drivers will still be recognized by your kernel during a boot recovery.
