Problem Description

Attempting to reinstall my BackupEDGE 01.01.08 build 6. The program stalls at ablue screen stating "Please Wait"
|
|
Cause
|
|
This is due to the fact that BackupEDGE has a Drop Dead date of 1 year past the Release Date of the product. You cannot install as a demo after that date.
|
|
Solution
|
|
Download a later release of BackupEDGE 01.01.08, the latest build is dated 03/01/2001. This can be found on our ftp server at ftp.microlite.com/demos/010108.
After March 1, 2002, the correct solution will be to upgrade to BackupEDGE SS.
